Description and availability of goods
Every effort has been taken to ensure our descriptions, photographs and specifications of products are correct. The colour of the goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors. We sometimes use props in our photographs, in such cases the product description indicates which item is being advertised for purchase.
Some of our items are hand-made and as such there may be slight variations in these particular items.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
Pricing and VAT
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of the current rate of VAT (where applicable).
Product prices do not include delivery . The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Our standard charge for mainland UK delivery is £4.95. (Unfortunately this standard charge excludes the Scottish Highlands and some other parts of north Scotland. Please contact us for a quote for delivery charges to these areas.) Larger furniture items £7.99.
Orders are normally despatched within two working days of receipt of the order. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.
For express or next-day delivery please contact us for delivery charges.
In the event a particular item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Please ensure that we are given a full and correct address with postcode. We regret we are unable to deliver to a PO Box Number.
For deliveries to Southern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man please contact us for delivery charges and availability.
For overseas delivery please contact us for a quotation for overseas delivery and handling charges. Some overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.
You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo.Payment is to be made online at the time of order. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to transfer payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase from Wisteria Home Interiors, however we do understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason please contact us immediately by email within 2 days. Christening Wear can not be returned.
We will arrange to exchange or refund the goods once they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. We will require you to pay for the return postage of any items being returned and, for your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. A handling fee will be applied.
The above terms do not affect your Statutory Rights. English Law applies to all purchases.
If the goods arrive damaged please advise us immediately by email or telephone. You must arrange the return within 5 days for a refund or replacement of the items. We check all of the christening wear before leaving so damages are not usual. If a box arrives damaged or broken, please do not accept.
If you have any complaints with our services or products please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to rectify the situation for you.
