All goods if in stock will be dispatched if ordered before 1:00pm on the same day. After 1:00pm goods will be dispatched the following day.

If your item is out of stock a member of the web team will email you to inform you of an in stock date.

There is a single charge of £4.95 applied to your delivery. For larger pieces of furniture and other items a single charge of £7.95 will be applied, and in some cases due to furniture specialist couriers delivery times can be between 7-28 days.

If an item is large or heavy a surcharge will be applied.  Please ring 01777719917 for a quote we do however keep this charge to a minimum 

Please check on delivery before signing that your item is correct, and undamaged, as returning any item will be at customers cost. On receipt of customers signature this is accepting goods. We do not except parcels signed "not checked" so please take care to sign responsilbly.

If goods are to be returned unwanted there will be a handling fee applied. Customer will pay the full cost of return. Refunds will only be processed if the goods are returned in the orignal packaging unbroken, and sellable.

Wisteria Home Interiors offers a white glove delivery service, a member of the dispatch and delivery team will ring you to discuss a convenient date and time of delivery. Goods are then delivered by Wisteria Home Interiors, rather than a courier service. We do also offer "van to room" service, this is an expansion on the white glove delivery service. Your Wisteria Home Interiors delivery man will remove all packaging, and place item into the room of your choice. Please be aware that you will need another man to help at the delivery address, we cannot and will not continue with this service if this is not provided. Also please check that the item you are having delivered will fit through all doors or entrances. Wisteria Home Interiors cannot be responsible for these errors.
